Here I defined Insidocracy or the rule by insiders.

Often, I try to understand the wiles of big city or state politics. I try to categorize the "leaders" as doing something a Democrat or a Republican would do...but those terms don't always explain things. However, when I start to think of it in terms of whose buddy is getting paid and why...suddenly it all makes sense.

When a Government becomes so internecine that its sole purpose is to feather the nests of its current members and their entourage, then it becomes an Insidocracy.
