A friend gave me a loaf of "spelt" bread. Spelt is a hardy variety
of wheat that makes a dense, hearty bread.

How thoughtful your friend was. In addition to that spelt bread can be used as replacement for whole wheat or grain flour for pasta and breads recipe. There are also people who are fond in blending the spelt with the whole grain flour. SEO Services
